Editorial scope
The website provides general information about natural stone sculpture, commissioning decisions, architectural placement and stewardship. It is not a sculpture studio, dealer, broker, engineering practice, conservation practice or valuation service. It does not offer commissions, sales, investment recommendations or guarantees of market value.
Material properties vary between stones, blocks and conditions. Do not use general descriptions, diagrams, care tables or examples as structural calculations, fixing specifications or treatment instructions. Obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals before decisions affecting safety, installation, conservation or legal obligations.
Examples, references and images
Commissioning examples are illustrative and are not presented as completed projects or client work. Material-detail imagery is used to support observation, not to imply authorship of a sculpture or a commercial relationship with a workshop.
References to artists, places, institutions and standards do not imply affiliation, endorsement or approval. Standards and guidance may change; confirm the current edition and project relevance. External websites are responsible for their own content and terms.

Liability and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general editorial material instead of appropriate project-specific advice, or by third-party websites and services. Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These conditions do not remove mandatory consumer rights. The laws of England and Wales apply, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available to you under applicable law. Courts with jurisdiction under those rules may hear disputes.
